We supported the business and its senior executives in transitioning towards the use of state of the art objective evaluation of management skills and potential. The solution combined the design of competency profiles, delivery of individual development centres and PDPs, 360 feedback and deployment of one to one coaching. Target group: senior management and 2nd line of management.
