Scope: UK, North America, Italy.

We designed and delivered a programme aimed at identifying:

  • the critical competencies necessary for the senior management team to perform effectively in the business over the following three to five years
  • the gaps between the critical competencies and strengths/areas for development of the 32 senior executives of the company
  • pools of successors for the 32 senior executives, globally
  • the gaps in the company’s human capital and making informed recommendations to the Board
